Permission to copy, distribute, "share," "Napsterize," or otherwise steal this product 
has not been granted by the author. 

Disclaimer of Warranty: This software and manual are provided "as is"  
and without warranties as to performance or merchantability.  
The seller's salespersons may have made statements about this software.  
Any such statements do not constitute warranties and shall not be relied on  
by the buyer in deciding whether to purchase this program.

Because of the diversity of conditions and hardware under which this program

The downloadable file (Copper Edition) is a stripped-down version of the software product. 
The downloadable file is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes only. 
This free edition contains defects (bugs) which the paid (Silver) Edition lacks, 
and which render the free code unreliable. 
Even so, the free code has the same calling interface as the paid code, 
and is intended to show the user how to use the paid code. 

Limitation of Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, 
SHALL Manufacturer BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL 
DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE Product SOFTWARE OR 
RELATED DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF Manufacturer OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN 
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW 
THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, 
AND SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall 
Manufacturer's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of ten dollars

License: The Product software and documentation accompanying this License, 
whether provided on disk or on any other media, or provided by e-mail, download, 
or other electronic means, are licensed to you by the Manufacturer. 
You own the medium (if any) on which the Product is recorded 
but Manufacturer retains title to the Product. 

Disclaimer on Content: Product does not contain, nor does Manufacturer claim Product contains, 
any Numerical Recipes™ code. 
The Copper Edition contains no code to adapt to or interface to Numerical Recipes™ routines. 

Permitted Uses and Restrictions: The Software contains copyrighted material and trade secrets. 
In order to protect them, and except as permitted by applicable law, you may not decompile, 
reverse engineer, or disassemble the Product. 

Redistribution: In consideration of the rights granted under this License, 
Customer agrees that Customer shall not transmit or transfer Customer's copy of Product 
to third parties, nor allow it to be so transmitted or transferred. 

Compatibility: The Software was created using Metrowerks' CodeWarrior 9, a rather old compiler. 
This is not known to be a problem, but 
in the event the demo software fails to compile on Customer's computer, the Customer 
is encouraged to send reports of the problem (including error listings and screen shots) to Manufacturer. 
In case of such a failure, Manufacturer reserves the right to retract Manufacturer's offer of this Product 
until such time as Manufacturer can produce a more up-to-date compilation of the Product.
