30. TALK DOWN TO PEOPLE.

Be arrogant. Condescend. Belittle. Disparage. Raise your voice! Use exclamation points!! "Shut up!" CAPITALIZE.

Learn to recognize rude bosses.

20. MICROMANAGE. Be a PERFECTIONIST.

Be inflexible. Subordinate the feelings of others to the desire for a job done flawlessly. Take the attitude that perfection comes first and dignity comes second. Time workers on their coffee breaks. Post sign-in sheets by the restroom doors. Never tolerate a single departure from the usual routine. (Micromanagement causes turnover.)
